Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to support and execute our marketing strategies across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, coordinating college-level events, driving student engagement, and growing our digital footprint. Key responsibilities: Support college tie-ups, campus outreach, and student club collaborations Coordinate and execute offline marketing activities and engagement events Assist in generating leads through social media, paid promotions, and organic campaigns Help plan and manage content creation and social media posting Work with the design team to develop creatives and promotional materials Track campaign performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events Requirements: 0–1 year of relevant marketing experience (internships or full-time); freshers with a strong interest in marketing can also apply Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts Creativity and a strong execution mindset Qualifications: Education: PGDM/M.Com/Master’s degree (Recent post graduates or final-year postgraduates preferred) Preferred: Candidates interested in youth marketing or with ed-tech exposure Show more Show less
