Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution and daily management of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and maintain weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with design and content teams to source creatives for paid and organic campaigns
• Support campaign research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting
• Help manage content calendars across paid, email, and social
• Assist in cross-functional marketing tasks (offline campaigns, website merchandising, influencer ops, etc.)
• Support in managing influencer campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing; freshers welcome
• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially paid media (Meta, Google)
• Good with numbers and Excel; comfort with performance data is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
