Job Description: Sales & Delivery Executive – Cleansiz Cleaning Material Suppliers

Position: Sales & Delivery Executive

Department: Sales, Distribution & Customer Support

Location: Calicut/ Field-Based

Role Overview

Cleansiz is seeking a proactive and responsible Sales & Delivery Executive who will handle sales activities

along with supporting product delivery to customers. The role includes lead generation, customer visits, order

booking, field surveys, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. The candidate must be comfortable

with both sales tasks and basic delivery/logistics responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Promote cleaning materials, chemicals, machinery, tools, consumables, and hygiene products.
• Meet monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into orders.

Client Engagement & Order Conversion

• Visit customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations (chemicals, equipment, tools, etc.).
• Prepare and submit quotations; negotiate within company guidelines.
• Ensure strong follow-up until order confirmation and payment collection.

Delivery & Logistics Support

• Assist in delivering cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables to customers when required.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery with proper billing and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse/stock team for order packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Collect payments during delivery when applicable.
• Maintain good relations with customers during and after delivery.

Market Knowledge & Surveys

• Conduct field surveys to assess product usage and demand.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Share valuable customer insights for product and pricing improvement.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales logs, and delivery updates.
• Update CRM/lead tracker with new leads and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the operations team for stock availability and dispatch planning.

Requirements

Education

• Any degree/diploma (preferred: sales, business, or related fields).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform both sales and delivery support responsibilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment (training provided).
• Driving skill with valid two-wheeler license (mandatory).
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, MS Office).
• Customer-focused, responsible, and disciplined.

Experience

• 1–3 years in sales, FMCG distribution, cleaning materials, or delivery/logistics roles.
• Freshers with good communication and field interest may apply.
