Role Description

This full-time, on-site position of Marketing Assistant is located in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies, coordinate promotional campaigns, and analyze marketing data to assess performance. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, assisting with client communications, and contributing to the organization’s overall branding initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to support the marketing team’s objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and managing social media campaigns
• Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategy development
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and team collaboration skills
• Experience in promotional campaign planning and implementation
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools and familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to dynamic environments
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
