Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Content Creation: Create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more to promote our brand.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media engagement metrics; use data to optimize strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build an online community.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development team, and other departments to create cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
