About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern who's passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and building brand presence from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our founding team and gain real startup marketing experience.

Responsibility

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X
• Design graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva and other tools
• Develop and execute social media campaigns
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content strategies
• Track and analyze content performance metrics
• Assist with email marketing and content calendars
• Work directly with founders on marketing strategy and messaging

Requirement

• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Active on social media platforms (experience managing accounts is a plus)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and video editing ability
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Creative thinker who loves experimenting with new content formats
• Interest in AI, HR tech, or startup ecosystem (preferred but not required)
• Collaborative mindset with zero-ego attitude
