Marketing and Social Media Intern

We are looking for someone who can independently handle our complete social media, including:

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, understands décor aesthetics, and is excited to build a brand from zero.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Photoshoots

• Shoot high-quality photos & videos of props, florals, décor items, and new arrivals
• Style products creatively for luxury presentation
• Capture behind-the-scenes, showroom content, and setup ideas
• Edit images and videos using Lightroom, CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.

2. Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and future platforms
• Maintain a premium, consistent feed layout
• Post daily stories + 3–5 reels/week
• Maintain brand guidelines and tone
• Respond to messages, comments, and DMs professionally

3. Content Creation & Growth

• Create engaging reels, transitions, styling videos, and creative short-form content
• Search & apply trending audio, concepts, and ideas
• Build the brand from scratch organically
• Collab with planners, decorators, influencers whenever required

4. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads Manager)

• Run Instagram & Facebook ads
• Build campaigns for brand awareness & sales
• Monitor performance & optimize targeting
• Present weekly analytics & growth insights

5. Marketing & Ideation

• Create monthly content calendars
• Suggest new concepts for audience growth
• Develop launch campaigns, festival campaigns, and promotional ideas
• Brainstorm new ways to showcase props and décor styling

Must-Have:

• Experience in social media management, freshers also welcome.
• Strong photo & video shooting skills (phone or camera)
• Good at editing: Reels, transitions, trending cuts
• Strong sense of aesthetics & styling
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram ads)
• Familiarity with tools:
• Canva
• CapCut / VN
• Lightroom
• Instagram analytics
• Ability to independently handle shoots + posting
• Creativity, discipline, reliability

Good to Have:

• Experience with décor, lifestyle, fashion, home styling, or events
• Basic graphic designing skills
• Ability to brainstorm brand-building ideas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
