Marketing and Social Media Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing and branding activities. This role is perfect for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, marketing campaigns, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

• Assist in creating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares).
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and social media ideas.
• Support in growing social media followers and brand presence.

Marketing Tasks

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support in developing creative promotional ideas for brand visibility.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ads.
• Perform basic competitor research and market analysis.
• Support in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and outreach activities.

Content Creation Support

• Help in writing captions, basic content, and marketing copies.
• Assist in photo/video shoots or collecting media for social pages.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly performance reports for social media and campaigns.
• Track analytics and insights to improve content strategy.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva, reels editing, or graphic tools (added advantage).

Job Type: Internship
