The Founders Office Intern role is an essential one for us, and you will be one of the most important members of the team. Talk A LOT to everyone - partners and users; help set up calls and build relationships. Conduct strategic research + analysis into the state of shopping in India and globally. This will support decision-making. Work with the marketing team to ensure execution is lining up with the companys vision. Organise workflows across teams Sometimes act like the founder: step up, make the call, and get things done. Be a core player in improving customer experience and making Minar 10x better (think an all round app tester) Manage special projects assigned directly by the Founder - high-visibility, high-responsibility. Personal Qualities: Strong interest in startups and shopping, in that order. You can figure out and execute with high agency, independence and anticipate the needs of the startup well. Strong generalist: sharp thinker, fast writer, good with people, and quick on your feet. Youre organized, detail-obsessed, and deeply accountable for outcomes.
