Founder's Office Intern

Minar seeks to aggregate all of shopping into one unified application - search across all stores and products, Netflix like search results UI, improved product comparison across stores, unified Wishlist, cart, orders across sites. This is the utility part. We will also reimagine discovery in online shopping.

The Founders Office Intern role is an essential one for us, and you will be one of the most important members of the team. Therefore, every point written below is extremely important and has only been mentioned after thorough thought and consideration into requirements, expectations and fit. What you will work on:

• Research and compile target lists of brands and partners.
• Talk A LOT to everyone - partners and users; help set up calls and build relationships.
• Conduct strategic research + analysis into the state of shopping in India and globally. This will support decision-making.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure execution is lining up with the companys vision.
• Organise workflows across teams
• Sometimes act like the founder: step up, make the call, and get things done.
• Be a core player in improving customer experience and making Minar 10x better (think an all round app tester)
• Manage special projects assigned directly by the Founder - high-visibility, high-responsibility.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong interest in startups and shopping, in that order.
• You can figure out and execute with high agency, independence and anticipate the needs of the startup well.
• Strong generalist: sharp thinker, fast writer, good with people, and quick on your feet.
• Youre organized, detail-obsessed, and deeply accountable for outcomes.
• Youre hungry to learn, and unafraid to be dropped into the deep end.
• Youve helped organise events or built communities (even informally).
• Comfortable talking to anyonefounders, partners, or users.
• Minimum commitment: 1 month (extendable on performance and fit).
