Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotion

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Create and manage marketing calendars and promotional plans.
• Design and implement marketing materials (digital and print) in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow our audience and drive traffic to our pages.
• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X).
• Be the face of the brand on social media, appearing in and narrating reels, stories, and videos.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok reels, stories, and voiceovers.
• Create and manage sponsored posts to reach target audiences effectively.
• Engage and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and increase reach.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries promptly.
  

Sales and Customer Service

• Drive sales across all channels (walk-in, social media, online).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Respond to sales inquiries via social media, calls, and other channels.
• Assist customers in selecting products, processing orders, and completing payments.
  

Order Coordination and Deliveries

• Coordinate and track delivery schedules for customer orders.
• Liaise with delivery partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and after-sales support.
  

Reporting and Analytics

• Track marketing and sales performance, compiling regular reports for management.
• Analyze social media insights and sales data to refine strategies.
• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
  

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or social media management (3 years and above preferred).
• Degree or diploma in marketing and sales from a reputable institution is required.
• Confident on camera, with the ability to record engaging TikTok reels, voiceovers, and other content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing sponsored posts and paid advertising on social media.
• Experience engaging with influencers and building collaborative partnerships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating logistics or deliveries is a plus.
