Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales executives, distributors for order processing and product availability.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for orthotic products (braces, supports, splints, rehabilitation aids, etc.).
• Maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with clients (doctors, hospitals, dealers, and patients) regarding inquiries, quotations, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely dispatch of products and resolve logistical issues in coordination with the supply chain team.
• Assist the sales team in organizing medical camps, workshops, and product demos for healthcare professionals.
• Handle customer queries regarding orthotics products, usage, and availability.
• Track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and support management with data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and rehabilitation products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail in order management and reporting.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Science/Commerce/Business Administration (B.Sc / BBA / B.Com preferred).
• Background in medical sales, orthopedics, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
