Marketing and Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager who will be responsible for hiring and managing service partners, handling local field work, coordinating daily operations, and supporting on-ground brand growth. Key Responsibilities:Service Partner Management Hire, onboard, and train local service professionals (cleaners, electricians, plumbers, etc.) Maintain good relationship with partners and ensure discipline and quality Track performance and availability of partners Daily Operations Monitor and manage all service bookings Resolve customer or service-related issues on time Ensure smooth coordination between customers and service partners Visit service locations when needed for checks or urgent issues Field Marketing & Growth Support Distribute flyers or coordinate small local promotions Collect customer feedback, reviews, and photos from field Support in growing customer base in local area through basic offline methods Reporting & Coordination Keep daily/weekly reports of service flow and issues Coordinate with central team for service updates or issues What We Offer: Opportunity to grow with a startup expanding across Tamil Nadu Freedom to experiment and take ownership Friendly and driven team environment Performance-based incentives Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
