We are looking for a motivated and talented Marketing and HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and human resource management while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and search engines.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
• Support the team in brainstorming and implementing creative marketing strategies.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage and update employee databases and HR documentation.
• Organize virtual onboarding sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Support the HR team in drafting policies, maintaining compliance records, and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements.

Work Details:

• Type: In Office Internship
• Stipend: Rs. 10000 per month
• Working Hours: Flexible, requiring 8 hours per day

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
