Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Developing market for
Petcare category.
Develop strong relations with key stakeholders in the market to align them with Allana Expert Nutrition Program
Develop a strong channel of communication and commitment with prescription veterinarians to gain mind share
Actively participate and drive market activation initiatives and related events to drive business growth
Develop alternate business channels
Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new customer.
Regularly Conducting Veterinarians seminar, Pet shop meetings & Breeders training.
Training sales team on products.
Sampling program across region to bring new customers to category.
Develop sales strategies in tandem with sales & marketing department.
Meet with key clients to ascertain business goals and involve in Joint business planning.
Conduct market research, including finding information from customers, retailers, and wholesalers.
Enhance self-knowledge on pet nutrition to gain recognition for self and Allana as Petcare specialist

Preferred candidate profile

A total of 3+ years experience with min 2 years ASM experience
Education:
BVSC & AH or MVSc (MBA would be beneficial).
Language Proficiency:
English & Hindi.
