Neotech Boilers is a prominent Indian manufacturer specializing in a diverse range of industrial heating systems such as steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and hot air generators. With a legacy of over 30 years marked by engineering expertise and innovation, our products have gained the trust of leading industries in India and overseas. As a Marketing & Business Development Executive joining our team based in Sakinaka, Mumbai, we are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for achieving results. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in propelling business growth throughout Pan India and export markets. Key responsibilities include exploring new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and upholding the esteemed reputation of Neotech Boilers through professional interactions. Your duties will encompass identifying and cultivating fresh business prospects both domestically and internationally. This involves conducting thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers and segments. Lead generation will be a key focus, utilizing online platforms, trade shows, direct outreach, and existing networks. You will be tasked with creating and sending proposals, quotations, and Proforma Invoices, as well as collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Furthermore, the role demands the development of robust marketing strategies to showcase Neotech products effectively in local and global markets. Maintaining and expanding client and channel partner relationships will be essential, along with representing the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings. Keeping accurate CRM records and furnishing regular business reports to management are integral aspects of the position. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the industrial or engineering product domain. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are paramount, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with export processes/documentation would be advantageous. Occasional travel within India and overseas may be necessary, warranting a self-motivated, target-driven approach to work independently. This is a full-time position offering Provident Fund benefits.
