To proactively promote hospital services in the assigned territory by visiting doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and local communities , with the objective of increasing patient referrals, OPD footfall, and awareness about the hospital’s specialties. Key Responsibilities: Doctor & Clinic Engagement: Meet and build relationships with general physicians, specialists, and clinic owners to refer patients. Share information about hospital specialties, consultants, and health packages. Community Outreach Conduct health awareness campaigns in residential areas, schools, offices, and communities. Promote health check-up camps and tie-up events. Corporate Tie-ups: Visit corporate offices and propose preventive health check-up packages or pre-employment screening. Explore possibilities for MOUs with HR/Administration departments for employee healthcare. Referral Development: Identify and develop a network of referral partners (doctors, clinics, wellness centers). Monitor and track referrals and maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion. Patient Feedback and Service Promotion: Collect feedback from patients and referring doctors to improve service quality. Ensure that field visits translate into walk-ins or appointments. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the marketing team. Identify new localities and areas for expansion or additional promotion. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain a daily visit log and submit weekly activity and progress reports. Track targets and KPIs as per management direction.
