Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to lead awareness initiatives and corporate engagement for Namo Ewaste. This role combines strategic outreach, client acquisition, educational advocacy, and content-driven communication to promote responsible e-waste management across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic awareness campaigns promoting responsible e-waste management among schools, colleges, residential communities, and corporate organizations.

• Deliver impactful presentations and conduct interactive workshops highlighting the environmental and health risks of improper e-waste disposal.

• Forge and nurture long-term partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and corporate CSR teams to drive collection and awareness programs.

• Represent Namo Ewaste at national/regional forums, exhibitions, industry events, and panel discussions as a key spokesperson and advocate.

• Lead corporate engagement initiatives focused on building awareness and procuring e-waste from enterprise clients in alignment with their sustainability goals.

• Acquire new business opportunities from corporates, offices, and enterprise clients through direct engagement, networking, and targeted outreach.

• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to assess client needs and offer tailored e-waste solutions.

• Create, curate, and disseminate educational content via social media, newsletters, webinars, and other platforms to reinforce brand positioning.

• Manage social media platforms with engaging posts, creative graphics, and reels in line with campaign objectives and audience engagement goals.

• Collect feedback, analyze outreach performance, and prepare insightful reports to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Understanding of corporate sustainability, CSR, and environmental regulations.

• Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools.

• Result-oriented with a proactive approach to business acquisition.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from outreach data.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Environmental Studies, Business Management, or related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate engagement, sustainability campaigns, or social awareness programs.
