Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Administrator with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM Administration. The ideal candidate will support marketing operations, manage CRM workflows, and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM
  • Create and maintain marketing workflows, campaigns, and automation
  • Manage contact lists, data hygiene, and CRM reporting
  • Support marketing teams with campaign setup and tracking
  • Generate marketing reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM best practices
  • Handle documentation and process improvements related to marketing operations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Marketing Administration or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Administration
  • Good understanding of marketing automation and CRM processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working in night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Nice To Have

  • Experience with email marketing and lead management
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing analytics
