Shift Timings

  • 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM OR
  • 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM (Flexible as per business needs)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Assistant

to support the EUROPE - ICRIS team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves preparing reports, compiling data, managing small-scale projects, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both office and remote environments and possess strong email communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Compile and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Handle small-scale administrative projects independently.
  • Perform general office duties including:
    • Word processing and data entry
    • Document auditing and filing
    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Distributing mail and managing courier services
    • Reserving conference rooms and coordinating meetings
  • Draft and respond to professional emails with proper etiquette.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any graduate (open to all disciplines)
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in email communication is an added advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Understanding of professional email writing etiquette
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
    • Willingness to work in a hybrid (home/office) setup
