We're looking for a technically sound and business-driven individual who can lead this growth by generating orders, acquiring clients, and strategically building our presence across India. Role Objectives Your core responsibility will be to generate new business , acquire industrial clients across India, and act as the key driver of growth for our forging division. Required Expertise Solid understanding of forging products and their application in: Cranes and lifting equipment Construction and earth-moving machinery Fabrication and general engineering units Working knowledge of forging materials and processes , including: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel Open-die / closed-die forging, heat treatment basics, etc. Strong B2B sales and industrial marketing background Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition , and deal closure Focused on private sector clients (PSU/government approvals not required initially) Awareness of manufacturing drawings, tolerances, machining specs, and inspection standards Clear communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and close deals Note: We currently do not have third-party or PSU approvals, but the process is underway. Until then, our focus is on private clients and fast-moving industrial sectors. Role Highlights You will be the key growth driver for our forging business Full support from in-house teams for: Design assistance Manufacturing coordination Quality control and assurance Freedom to suggest product improvements and custom solutions Work directly with the leadership team Opportunity to build your own team as the division grows Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Production 510 years of relevant experience in forging, machining, or fabrication sales Familiarity with industrial sectors like construction, lifting systems, railways, etc. Basic understanding of machining, surface finish, and inspection norms (UT, MPI, etc.) Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across India
