1. Visual Merchandising experience of 3-4 years in FMCG and FMCD segment.
2. Ability to handle POSM and other BTL offline execution such as small events, POSM deployment, fixture deployment
3. Ensure consistent visual quality in stores via structured feedback and compliance checks.
4. Successfully plan, coordinate, and execute experiential campaigns and physical activations
5. Co-ordinate with multiple stake holders for project execution
6. Should have Pan India vendor / Freelancer / Gig workers pool
7. Should well versed with Microsoft office for reporting and data preparation.
8. Track campaign performance, collect data, and inform optimizations.
