Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager RWA Activation Sales to lead our efforts in activating and managing sales opportunities within Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs). The role involves building strong relationships with RWAs, understanding their needs, and driving sales of our products/services to residential communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience working with community organizations or real estate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically targeting RWAs, Hospitals, housing societies, and gated communities. Build and maintain strong relationships with RWA leaders, committee members, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements. Coordinate and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to engage RWAs and promote company offerings. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor proposals and campaigns that resonate with residential communities. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and ensure timely follow-up. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with RWAs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends within the RWA segment. Resolve client queries, handle objections, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to management for product and process improvements. Lead and mentor junior sales staff or activation teams as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, community sales, or RWA engagement. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
