Job Description

As a Market Research intern, you will support our efforts to analyse market trends, identify market opportunities in the Edtech/LMS domain, and provide data-driven insights that guide our product development and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our proctoring solution and influence the broader e-learning landscape.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or any other related stream.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify trends in educational and Edtech markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, clients preferences and emerging challenges in the proctoring space.
  • Gather data regarding proctoring usage, perceived value, benefits, and challenges faced by clients .
  • Identify and articulate key market opportunities within the educational industry or Moodle/LMS domain.
  • Pinpoint and communicate customer pain points to inform product improvements and new feature ideas.
  • Collaborate with the product team to suggest new product launches or enhancements based on research findings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends using collected data to guide strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable insights for optimizing marketing campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns based on market research results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in market research and analysis.

Skills Required

  • Fresher or up to 6 months experience as a Market Research Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies and statistical software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Edtech/LMS industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current market trends and best practices is desirable.
