Skills Required At least 3+ years of experience in developing web applications using PHP and MySQL, Moodle v3.0 or higher development experience. Extensive knowledge of the functions and limitations of the Moodle Platform. Hands-on experience on design, development and debugging of systems. Experience in using web services (REST/SOAP/Restful JSON). Must have good experience with MySQL, planning database architecture, mobile versions/responsive design implementations.
