Identify potential clients and decision-makers for staffing & consulting services. Generate business leads, pitch recruitment solutions, and acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver manpower solutions (permanent, contract, bulk hiring, executive search). Prepare industry reports, presentations, and proposals for client discussions. Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets while expanding business reach. Stay updated with hiring trends, client requirements, and emerging market demands. Requirements: 1-2 years of combined experience in market research OR business development (preferably in staffing/recruitment/consulting). Strong research, analysis, and client acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven track record of meeting business targets in multi-industry recruitment.
