Position Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Location: Mallapuram - Tirur or Kottakkal.

Department: Audience Measurement

Reporting To: Area Manager

Nature of Work: Full Time

Job Purpose / Summary

The Senior Relationship Manager works closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations within the assigned district. The role is responsible for managing KPIs, driving team performance, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Diploma or any Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate degree

Experience:

Freshers or Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in managing teams, client relations, and project execution ( Field jobs only)

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned teams

Manage, supervise, and ensure timely completion of tasks

Delegate responsibilities based on team members’ strengths and expertise

Implement and monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Train and mentor team members, while setting strategies to achieve goals

Provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Allocate resources effectively and monitor utilization

Develop project documentation, spreadsheets, and process maps as required

Create detailed project plans and track progress

Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques

Report project progress and escalate issues where necessary

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Continuously enhance leadership skills and foster team development

Conduct regular audits to minimize risks and ensure compliance

Set deadlines, assign tasks, and summarize project outcomes

Collaborate with clients to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and expectations

Travel across assigned territory/region as required
