As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Executive at our reputed real estate advisory firm in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in sourcing commercial properties such as office spaces, retail outlets, and warehouses across prime locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and sourcing commercial properties in desirable locations. - Generating leads and maintaining a strong client pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Conducting property visits, negotiating lease terms, and closing transactions with landlords and tenants. - Coordinating with property owners, developers, and corporate clients for site inspections and deal finalization. - Maintaining updated records of available properties and client requirements. - Preparing property proposals, agreements, and following up for documentation. - Achieving monthly leasing and revenue targets. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage or advisory firm, with a preference for commercial leasing experience. - Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. - Knowledge of Chennai's commercial property market. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
