Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to drive sales across Karnataka The role involves traveling extensively to meet existing dealers, identify new business opportunities, collect orders, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Travel across Karnataka to identify new stores and strengthen dealer network

Conduct regular visits to existing dealer shops

Collect and process dealer orders

Generate new sales opportunities and expand business reach

Work consistently towards monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Key Skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written)

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

MBA / BBA Freshers in sales/marketing experience 

Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory

Earnings & Allowances

Basic Salary (Fresher): ₹17,500 per month

Basic Salary (Experienced): ₹20,000 per month

Sales Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (performance-based)

Food Allowance: ₹6,110 per month (₹235/day)

Room Allowance: ₹18,200 per month (₹700/day)

Travel Expenses: Reimbursed weekly as per actual costs

Total Yearly Potential: ₹3 – ₹5 Lakh+ (top performers can earn more)

Probation Period

3 months probation with performance-based confirmation
