Maintain detailed documentation of all leads, negotiations, and signed deals. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Role and Responsibilities: - Develop a go to market plan for business launch, including budget, forecast, efficiency targets, and channel and partner selection. - Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and own growth marketing strategy and inform our customer-facing experience across acquisition and retention. - Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs. - Post-launch, design and implement optimization tests across our end-to-end customer funnel (from acquisition through lifecycle retention). - Develop and drive lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and large-scale campaigns. - Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative) to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs at launch and beyond. - Own management and results of ad channels post-launch, including budgeting, reporting, and efficiency optimization. - Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth. Requirements : - 8 - 10+ years of prior experience in Marketing strategy - Prior experience in driving engagement on social or internal platforms with creation of event calendars and innovative engagement events will be useful - Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch. - Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. We re starting a brand-new product at Ikigai. Nothing exists yet no legacy code, no bloated processes. You ll be the founding Product Manager, shaping what we build, how we build it, and how we take it to market. This is not a manage the backlog job. You ll be working directly with the founder, 3 high-agency engineers, and 1 designer to take an idea from a blank page to paying customers. What You ll Do Turn early ideas into real products from concept to launch. Talk to users, find their pain points, and design solutions. Write clear, no-fluff specs and wireframes. Work closely with 3 engineers and 1 designer to ship fast. Balance short-term wins with a long-term product vision. Own the go-to-market plan landing pages, campaigns, early customer acquisition.
