Role Description

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to target new markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on market performance and business development activities.
  • Identify potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in market development or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in market development or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
