About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Market Development Executive to expand our presence, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new market segments and generate qualified leads for IT services.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients across multiple regions.
• Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Create and execute outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and sales platforms.
• Present company services to potential clients with clarity and confidence.
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project discussions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain accurate reports and records of sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Market Research, or related roles (preferably in IT services).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience with CRM, email outreach tools, and sales platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
