Role & responsibilities

Market Development

• Identify, analyse and prioritize potential markets, regions, and segments for skid steer loaders across India.
• Map and build a strong pipeline of potential customers including construction companies, rental aggregators, Industries, and large end-users (infrastructure, Industrial, mining, agriculture, landscaping).

Customer Engagement

• Conduct product presentations, demo needs assessments, and workshops with new customers.
• Collect and relay market feedback to internal teams for product improvements, market creation strategy, and service enhancements.

Brand & Market Awareness

• Increase brand visibility through planned outreach campaigns, localized marketing initiatives, and participation in industry forums.
• Act as brand ambassador representing the company and products with professionalism and credibility.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare monthly market reports with insights, opportunities, challenges, and action plans.

Performance & Targets

• Achieve individual KPIs related to Machine Demo executions and New Market Creations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, Product) to drive execution excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / or Diploma in Engineering
• 1–2 years experience in construction equipment, material handling, or compact machinery sales/business development.
• Strong understanding of skid steer loaders, attachments, and applications is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in field environments with minimal supervision.
