Conducts oversight EHS and Quality inspections/audits of operations and subcontractors to ensure compliance to contract performance requirements and applicable EHS laws, regulations and standards. Implements hazardous and environmental waste management programs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable laws, regulations and standards. Modifies applicable SOPs and processes as required. Provides response to Customer concerns and findings. Tracks corrective actions taken in response to internal and Customer audit/inspection findings. Provides guidance and direction to achieve compliance with all applicable safety and quality standards and requirements. Acts as Safety Officer and EHS representative/liaison to the Customer. Establishes, maintains and communicates program metrics related to injuries and incidents. Includes reporting and liaison with Program Management Office (PMO). Maintain the accident/injury log such as the OSHA Form 300 or host nation equivalent for site operations. Oversees injury and rolling stock incident investigations.
