Issuing work permits Non-Routine jobs carried out by other functions on day-to-day basis Collecting QR code & Gemba suggestions and unsafe conditionsAll invoice gates enter and processing the bills on time Conducting toolbox talkszone-wise EHS & 5S audit points follow-up and closure Doing calibration for gas detector, OHC equipment, Lux, Noise & Toxic gas detector PPE distribution to all department Conducting Safety induction training for new joiners—off-role employees Checking PPE safety stock and ordering from vendor based on requirement Obtaining a shot blasting certificate Pre-Medical certificate for new employee for Paint shop & Shot blasting First aid box filling and maintain Firefighting training for all off-role employees Fire Extinguisher AMC – Coordinating and completing as per plan Cleaning and monitoring of Eyewash, mirrors, signages and other safety items Checking of fire alarm and fire hydrant working system Periodic auditing of canteen & OHC inspection of material handling unit (Forklift, tugger, hand pallet) Commence on Saturday & Sunday based on Operation needs Commence on 2nd shift based on operation needs.
