Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and Welding machines independently
Operation & maintenance of paint systems
Overhauling of pumps & gearboxes
Maintenance and troubleshooting of jigs & fixture hydraulics
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for machines to ensure maximum uptime
Prepare maintenance records and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Technical Competencies:

Strong knowledge of CNC & welding machine breakdown and preventive maintenance (Independent level)
Hands-on expertise in pumps & gearbox overhauling
Knowledge of jigs & fixture hydraulics (Independent level)
MS Office working knowledge (Independent level)

Behavioral Competencies:

Effective communication skills in English & Tamil
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with adaptability and commitment to timelines
