Job Profile:

We are seeking a Marcomm professional with expertise in SEO, content strategy, digital marketing, PR, event management, social media, and integrated campaigns. The role requires the ability to combine creativity with analytics to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and strong product positioning.

About Your Role:

Strategic Communications & Brand Positioning:

  • Create and execute an integrated Marketing Communications Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Craft clear, consistent messaging for all digital, print, PR, and internal communication channels.
  • Drive communication efforts for new product launches, announcements, and corporate engagements.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer insights, and communication opportunities.
  • Analyze industry reports, competitive landscapes, and market signals to shape strategic decisions.
  • Convert market learnings into actionable communication and content strategies.

Competitor Benchmarking:

  • Continuously monitor competitor communication across digital channels, campaigns, messaging, and media presence.
  • Identify differentiation opportunities and strategic gaps.
  • Prepare periodic competitor insights reports for internal teams.

Event Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and product demos.
  • Coordinate booths, branding, presentations, and marketing collaterals for automotive and tech events.
  • Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Track event ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility outcomes.
  • Identify strategic event participation opportunities relevant to ADAS, fleet industry, and automotive innovation.

Content,

  • Lead SEO-focused content development aimed at improving organic reach and search performance.
  • Manage web content, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and product communication.
  • Collaborate with design, content, social, and product teams to ensure cohesive communication.

Media Relations & PR:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, leadership articles, and corporate stories.
  • Secure meaningful coverage in automotive, tech, and business publications.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership to translate technical features into compelling communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels.
  • Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance across campaigns, PR, content, events, and digital channels.
  • Analyze data to refine communication strategies and optimize engagement.
  • Create monthly/quarterly performance dashboards for leadership reviews.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated on ADAS Level 2 technology, automotive safety systems, and mobility innovations.
  • Identify relevant automotive and tech events for brand participation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, PR, or related areas.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in event management and brand activations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and media relationships.
