Hiring for a marine shipping client

Location-Turbhe

Role Production Head (DAVIT CRANES)

Must be only from davit cranes manufacturing,production experience

Product Overview:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire manufacturing process of Davit Cranes as per SOLAS regulations and LSA code
Ensure production targets are met with a focus on quality, cost, and time
Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous process improvement
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow
Monitor equipment, manpower, and resources for efficient plant operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Mentor and lead the production team to achieve operational excellence

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes
Proven leadership and team management experience
Familiarity with marine or heavy equipment manufacturing is preferred
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
