Position: Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Head (Heat Exchangers)

Experience:

Key Requirements:

Handle complete manufacturing processes for
heat exchangers (radiators, condensers, CAC, oil coolers).
Expertise in
fin making, core building, CAB brazing, assembly, leak testing.
Lead new product development & projects.
Work on lean manufacturing, time study, takt time, line balancing.
Manage fixtures, jigs, alloys selection, APQP documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan).
Ensure compliance with IATF, QMS, EHS, OHSAS audits.
Focus on continuous improvement, yield improvement, reducing scrap & defects.
Use SAP for manufacturing efficiency; IoT knowledge is a plus.

Key KPIs:

Improve productivity (man & machine)
Achieve OEE & productivity goals.
Reduce scrap, defects, COPQ, PPM.
Improve inventory turns & cost control.
Ensure skill development of team.
