Key Responsibilities In this role you will be primarily responsible for sustaining manufacturing test processes for Juniper products. Our team is the focal point for all Manufacturing Test aspects of factory and field performance. We actively monitor KPIs at our factories and implement improvements that increase test coverage, reduce cycle time, lower cost and improve predictability of throughput. We drive excellence in factory performance! Works cross-functionally with other members of Juniper operations and engineering teams. Reviews changes to product (ECO/MCOs/Deviations etc) and implements appropriate modifications within the Manufacturing Test process. Supports initiatives to improve test efficiency. Resolves hardware and software issues affecting Manufacturing Test. Supports factory personnel for test and debug of products. Job specifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 7 years of experience evaluating test and designing test processes for electronic assemblies Effective product failure analysis experience. Experience working with contract manufacturers Experience working with Linux-based systems and tools. Flexible work schedule when required to effectively liaison with worldwide partners. Solid problem-solving/analytical skills. Foundational project management skills. Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of network technologies and physical interfaces Some experience with hardware design processes and techniques Experience with ASICs and high speed signal design, failure analysis and debug.
