Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Boranada, Jodhpur. As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily production operations, managing production schedules, ensuring efficient production planning, and monitoring workflow to meet quality and quantity objectives. You will lead and supervise production teams, address any operational challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams effectively
• Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
• Experience in Production Management and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
