Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, your role involves supervising and coordinating the daily work of production staff on the shop floor. You are responsible for allocating tasks to workers based on the production plan and monitoring filling, mixing, labeling, packing to ensure proper workflow. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area is crucial. You must report daily production status, delays, or issues to the Senior Supervisor. Ensuring basic quality checks are followed at each stage, assisting in managing raw material usage and stock levels, and handling minor worker conflicts or absenteeism with maturity are part of your responsibilities. Keeping records of production logs, wastage, and manpower allocation, as well as ensuring machinery and tools are used correctly and safely, are also key tasks. Qualifications Required: - BSc appeared/ BSc graduate - Fresher/ 1-2 years of experience - Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented - Must be open to feedback and willing to work under a senior supervisor Additionally, we are looking for someone seeking long-term stability and growth within the company.
