Field sales promoter

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote our brand and products in housing societies, marketplaces, events, and community gatherings.
• Engage with potential customers directly, understand their needs, and effectively communicate product benefits, USPs, and offers.
• Demonstrate product usage where applicable and educate customers on best-use cases.
• Boost sales by converting footfall to purchases and improving customer experience for existing buyers.
• Implement guerrilla marketing and on-ground activation techniques to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights to improve product positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of on-field sales or brand promotion experience (preferably FMCG).
• Strong command of Hindi & Gujarati preferable.
• Energetic, proactive, and confident in engaging with different customer types.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Should be presentable, approachable, and willing to work in outdoor/public spaces.
• Knowledge of local geography of Vapi and surrounding areas is preferred.
• Experience with door-to-door, van-based, or society-level promotions will be a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
