Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Event & Sales Promoter with an events background to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by organizing and executing engaging on-ground activities across the city, traveling alongside our mobile van driver-cum-salesperson. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the driver-cum-salesperson to plan and execute engaging on-ground activations to attract crowds. Assess and identify key areas in the city with high footfall and potential for customer growth. Organize mini-events, demos, and interactive activities to generate interest in our cleaning products. Engage with potential customers on the field, providing information, resolving queries, and closing sales. Maintain a positive brand image during all events and interactions. Key Requirements: Proven experience in event management or field marketing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to travel across the city with the mobile van team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
