Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor in Kolhapur, your role involves optimizing resource utilization to enhance production line efficiency and meet daily targets. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Quality, Environment, and Safety standards on assembly lines, as well as executing tasks in alignment with OCPs. Your duties include preparing and managing IMS documents and records, monitoring and enhancing process performance measures, and facilitating the training and development of multi-skilled Team Associates.
