The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including team supervision, production planning, and quality control. The role involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with various departments to optimize resources and processes. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations, focusing on process efficiency and meeting production goals. Solid understanding and practice of Quality Control to ensure compliance with safety and product standards. Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety protocols is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
