The Production Supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules and planning, supervising staff, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Production Management Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments Ability to maintain quality standards and ensure a safe working environment Practical knowledge of production processes and equipment Previous experience in the manufacturing or wood production industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred
