Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer
Designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
Researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning for quality improvements
Identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design, familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques, commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations, and be well-versed in relevant software.
Drive Continuous improvement projects in Quality Department
Project/Process Quality
Planning involves collaboration with clients and stakeholders to define clear quality objectives and metrics, utilizing detailed checklists, regular progress tracking, and open communication.
Optimizing processes and maintaining adherence to quality standards through regular audits and checklists.
Rigorous monitoring of project outputs, using peer reviews, regular testing, and key metrics to identify improvement areas or validate successes. This allows for timely adjustments, reducing rework, and keeping project quality on track ,gate 4 & gate 5 review
Focus on New Project by driving improvements in the shop-floor. Implement Poke Yokes by driving RCA with Plant Operations Lesson learnt implementation in project
