Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies that cover all aspects of software testing, including functional testing, UI/US testing and usability testingShould be fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentWilling to learn and get knowledge on new domainsConduct thorough testing of software products at various stages of the development lifecycle. He/she will be in a contributing role supporting the team in test case writing and test case executionIdentify and resolve defects promptly and efficiently, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixesCollaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand the requirements and expectations for each software releasePrioritize testing efforts based on risk and impact assessment to optimize the use of resourcesProvide training and mentorship to QA team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and expertiseEnsure the test coverage is maintained at the highest levelTest the application as per test cases createdA strong team player with excellent communication skills
