Job Title : Technical Lead
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in BY WMS Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success ensuring seamless integration and optimization of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of warehouse management solutions using BY WMS and Manhattan WMS to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the integration of Manhattan Scale with existing systems to streamline supply chain processes.
Provide technical expertise in Warehouse Management ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales planning strategies that drive business growth.
Analyze current warehouse operations and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Ensure the seamless execution of supply chain management processes enhancing overall productivity.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to support ongoing operations.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems in a timely manner.
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system reliability.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technologies to drive continuous improvement. -Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of BY WMS Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Scale with proven experience in implementing these systems.
Demonstrate expertise in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management with a focus on optimizing processes.
Have a solid background in Sales Planning & Execution with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
